Kevin Bugingo
Kevin grew up as a missionary kid around Africa. This experience taught him the importance of Loving God and Loving People in a compassionate way. He is married to his wife Niki of 15+ years, and they have two girls Selah (12) and Mikaela (7), whom they love serving the church and traveling the world with.
Kevin’s education path led him to pursue a BS in Accounting and MBA in Finance. He has had a successful Business career of 15+ years. His notable business accomplishment is starting a consulting company serving small-midsize businesses with their Accounting & Finance Management needs.
In 2013, Kevin found himself accepting a call into ministry and eventually serving full-time in the local church. He wanted to learn and understand how to serve Senior Pastors best as they lead God's church. This led him to serve for 15+ Years in the local church in multiple positions, such as Business Director, Youth Pastor, and eventually Executive Pastor at Relevant Church and now at Discovery Christian Church both churches in Southern CA. His heart to serve the Big C Church has continued to develop as he leads XP Gathering, and consults with churches growth strategies & solutions.
Joe Valenzuela
Joe Valenzuela is the Executive Pastor at Active Church in Yucaipa, CA, with over 12 years of full-time ministry experience. Having also served as a Youth Pastor and Campus Pastor, he has played a key role in church revitalization, helping communities turn the corner and reach a younger demographic.
Joe’s heart is to see churches thrive uniquely within their context, embracing the gifts God has given them to make a lasting impact. He is passionate about developing leaders, equipping teams, helping churches connect with their local community and creating strategies that foster healthy, growing church communities. Deeply committed to the local church, he is dedicated to building environments where people—including the staff who lead—can encounter Jesus in meaningful ways.
Married to his wife, Diana, for the past five years, Joe is excited for the future and all that God has in store.
Niki Bilima-Bugingo
Serving as Director of Development on the XP Gathering executive team, Niki's heart is to empower, encourage, and equip ministry leaders for effective service for the kingdom that she is passionate about having served in ministerial leadership for over 25 years. Niki also serves as the founder and host of The GatHERing, the Women in Ministry chapter inside XPG to serve female pastors, ministry leaders, and pastor's wives.
In whatever capacity you cross paths and encounter Niki, she will open herself up to you in any of those forms: Worshiper, Dreamer, Builder, and Mover– all in alignment to her life’s purpose: to shift atmospheres.
Matt Perry (Content Lead)
Lead Pastor & Church Planter, Love Church, San Diego · Founder, The Church CMO
Matt Perry is the Lead Pastor and Church Planter of Love Church in San Diego, California. He brings nearly 15 years of ministry experience, including roles in student ministry and as a campus pastor at some of the largest churches across San Diego, Phoenix, and the DC and Baltimore area.
Matt is also the founder of The Church CMO, a marketing and communications partner built to help churches and ministry leaders grow. Through clear branding, strategy, and storytelling, he helps churches sharpen their message and reach more of the people they are called to serve.
At his core, Matt is passionate about developing leaders and helping people step into their God-given purpose. That calling shows up whether he is shepherding his own congregation, planting into new ground, or coming alongside other churches and second-chair leaders.
He has been married to his wife, Bri, for eight years, and together they are raising their two daughters, Ava and Ella.
Mark Hendrix (Phoenix Region)
Executive Pastor/COO: Pure Heart Church
Mark has served in various roles in the local church for over 25 years. Mark and his wife Kellene were married in 1991 and have two children (Victoria & Stephen). In addition to serving with XP Gathering, Mark also serves on the board of Better Together Church Network and is actively involved in coaching youth shooting sports.
Edgar Garcia (North Orange County Region)
Executive Pastor & Marriage Pastor, Knott Avenue Christian Church
Edgar Garcia has been faithfully serving at Knott Avenue Christian Church for over 15 years and currently serves as Executive Pastor and Marriage Pastor. For 22 years, alongside his wife, April, Edgar has been deeply committed to helping marriages and families flourish in Christ.
Together, Edgar and April are raising six children, four daughters and two sons, and their family is a living testimony of God's redemptive work through foster care and adoption. They have fostered over 20 children, and five of their six kids were adopted through the foster care system. Their home and ministry reflect their deep calling to care for the vulnerable and to build strong, Christ-centered families.
Edgar and April have been part of the Knott Avenue family for 25 years. Edgar often shares that Jesus transformed his life at Knott, and by God's grace, he's never left. His passion for the local church is rooted in that story of life change, and it fuels his desire to see others experience the same hope and transformation.
With a "holy discontent" for struggling marriages and broken families, Edgar leads with both conviction and compassion, equipping couples, discipling leaders, and strengthening the church community. Before stepping into full-time ministry, Edgar worked in the business world and holds a degree in Business Management, having previously served in leadership roles at Home Depot and Staples. Those experiences continue to shape his leadership today as he serves the church with vision, wisdom, and a shepherd's heart.
Brian Eaves(Orange County Region)
Brian Eaves has served in various roles in ministry for over 30 years and currently serves as the Executive Pastor at Mission Viejo Christian Church.
Passionate about discipleship and leadership development, Brian is committed to fostering healthy leaders who build healthy churches advancing the gospel of Jesus Christ.
He and his wife, Aimee, have three children and share a love for traveling.
Trammel Orr (South Central Region)
Trammel is the Lead Pastor of Undefeated Church in Euless, TX. Undefeated is a diverse, multi-generational, multi-ethnic, life-giving, Jesus-centered community of believers, nestled in the heart of the vibrant HEB (Hurst, Euless, Bedford) area within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
Trammel has served in ministry for nearly 25-years in many different roles from Next Gen. to Executive Pastor at fast pace and growing churches in Southern California, Scottsdale, and Dallas.
Trammel’s passionate about people experiencing their true identity in Christ, the next generation, planting churches, investing in people, and equipping the church to reach their cities.
He has celebrated over 22-years of marriage to his wife Tangie, has one adult child- AJ (Aaron), and two mini golden-doodles King and Curry.
Charles Ingram (San Diego Region)
Charles “Chuck” Ingram is the Director of Pastoral Care at Revival Church San Diego. With over 20 years of service in various roles within the church, Chuck has dedicated much of his life to guiding and nurturing his community. He and his wife, Karla, have been married for 17 years and together, they’ve raised four children: CJ (24), Hannah (23), Alan (21), and Myles (12), and are proud grandparents to one grandson, Liam.
The Ingram family is passionate about living out a mission of grace, love, and kindness, offering care to all those they encounter. Beyond his pastoral work and serving with XP Gathering , Chuck is also a leader in his wife’s ministry, Brilla 365. Additionally, he serves as an OL/DL coach for the Mira Mesa Chargers 12u Pop Warner football team, impacting young athletes with his leadership

Gib has served in many roles in the local church for over 12 years.
Gib has been married to his wife Medgine for 6 years and has one lovely baby boy ( Joseph).
Gib loves sports & enjoys watching the Los Angeles Lakers and Michigan State Spartans.
