XP Gathering ("XP Gathering," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit xpgathering.com (the "Site") or interact with our network.
Who we are
XP Gathering is a national peer network for Executive Pastors and second-chair leaders, operated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry. If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach us at info@xpgathering.com.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our Site, such as a contact, coaching interest, cohort application, or partnership form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, church or organization name, role or title, and any information you choose to include in a message.
Giving information. If you give or partner with us financially, your payment is processed by our third-party payment and donation providers. We receive confirmation and basic details of your gift, but we do not store your full payment card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our Site. We collect this through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and follow up on your interest in our programs.

Children's privacy
Our Site and network are intended for ministry leaders and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our Site may link to other websites, such as event registration, giving platforms, podcast hosts, or partner resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.
