Welcome to XP Gathering. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of xpgathering.com (the "Site") and the resources, programs, and services we offer. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About XP Gathering

XP Gathering is a national peer network for Executive Pastors and second-chair leaders, operated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry. Our Site provides information about our network, gatherings, coaching, resources, and opportunities to connect and partner with us.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm XP Gathering, our community, or others. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfere with or disrupt the Site, copy or scrape Site content for commercial purposes without our permission, or upload anything harmful, misleading, or unlawful.

Giving and partnerships

Gifts and partnership contributions made through the Site support the mission of XP Gathering as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, gifts are voluntary and nonrefundable. Please keep your own records for tax purposes and consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.

Intellectual property

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, playbooks, articles, podcast materials, and design, is owned by or licensed to XP Gathering and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and download materials we make available for your own personal and ministry use, but you may not resell them or use them commercially without our written permission. The XP Gathering name and logo may not be used without our permission.

We provide articles, playbooks, podcasts, and other resources for informational and ministry purposes. They are offered in good faith but are not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice. You are responsible for how you apply them in your own context.
