What are we about?

The XP Gathering is an amazing opportunity to meet new people, hear new ideas, and simply connect with like-minded people. In seasons of loneliness or feeling exhausted, others help carry the load and breathe new life. I enjoy bringing another staff member. We get 1:1 time in the car once we get to debrief speakers, panel, and individual conversations. A couple of hours invested proves to be well worth it.
